We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our solar company. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the business. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a results-driven sales professional, and a team player.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and events to increase sales.
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to achieve business objectives.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Myanmar citizen with excellent English proficiency.
